Extra Space Storage

Paid my 5x10 storage unit monthly amount and a couple days later, my unit was broken into. I didn’t find out until days…Later… we went up there to grab a couple things to find my stuff everywhere in my unit and my lock on the ground along with our unit door open. Multiple units were broken into, I canceled my lease the next day because they weren’t open when we went there. They didn’t even notify us? Even though multiple units were broken into, this is not a safe place to keep your belongings and I never will again. Not sure how this even happened? They claim to have many cameras but somehow not good enough to see my unit broken into and notify me. They never offered a refund, so I paid them for poor business practice, and not even the courtesy of a phone call. They need to update their cameras, along with maybe adopting better customer service to possibly save customers from leaving.

They are only getting 2 star, because the lady that was there from another location was very sweet and apologetic of our situation.

This is one of the better storages I have used. I moved from Cali and needed a storage ASAP. Amya was super friendly and nice taking care of all my needs getting me set up quickly.

I came into the store the other day and worked with Amya, she was very helpful and professional. She made sure to ask me about all the specifics I was looking for and truly showed me she cared about what I was needing. The unit she rented me was very clean and easy to get to. Overall, I have loved my experience with Extra Space Storage and recommend them to everyone needing some extra space!
