Stay clear. Classic bait and switch. Rented a unit in November of 2024 and 3 months later received a notice in the mail that monthly cost literally doubled. Rent was $58 mo. and new rent $108. $50 per month increase. Unethical system they have to encourage you to rent and move things only to force your hand to move or pay up. After a call with management they agreed to $103 per month saving a meager $5. I’ll move out and keep the stuff in my garage for 1200 a year. Look for another spot if you need one.

Ethan went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist us with our storage needs.

We called shortly before closing last weekend and were hoping to quickly view a unit. Ethan was so kind to accommodate us and answered every question we had. Not once did he rush us even though he should have been heading home.

Today we finally booked our unit online, again right before closing (I have terrible timing). Ethan called us right away to ensure we knew what our unit number would be and helped to answer any other questions. He even referenced the map to let us know the optimal route to our unit, so incredibly kind of him.

The care and attention to detail Ethan has makes me feel confident my items will be safe and secure. I am truly blow away, service like this doesn’t exist anymore! I would recommend this storage to anyone so long as Ethan is there! I would give 100 stars if I could.

Also the facilities are spotless and easy to access.

Staff, especially Ethan, has been incredibly helpful throughout.
