Needed storage during a transition. Ethan was fantastic! Having someone knowledgeable, kind and patient walk me through options made the difference! The facility is clean and easy to navigate with good safety features. I especially appreciate having someone with experience onsite. Ethan made the decision to go with Extra re Space an easy one!

The 'hook and bait' price is great but they doubled my storage fee in less than 3 months. They told me up front that my last month would be pro-rated for the month you move out, but they did not honor that. There is no app to open the gate, and the exterior and hall separation doors do not stay open. There is often no one at the front desk. The employees at the front (they are there) are very nice at least when they are telling you lies. I would use Public Storage if I were you.
