The unit (indoor, with a/c) was clean, functional and easy to load in/out. It served us well. Five days prior to our monthly charges were to begin, we vacated the unit. We checked in with the front desk and told him we were done with the unit. He told us to leave the door open and there was nothing else to do. Five days later I received a text stating that my card was being charged. I called immediately and spoke with Marvin. Marvin was very understanding and he immediately handled the situation. He sent an email immediately stating that that the unit was closed. Marvin was super helpful. Will definitely rent again from this location if needed.
