The staff were great to work with and friendly. However, I did rent a larger temp controlled unit that I knew I was going to need for at least a year and probably more. The rate I was paying originally after a few months doubled eventually and I was paying a large amount per month that I originally hadn’t budgeted for nor anything I could do about it because I had to have it. My only reason for the 3 stars was the sudden price jump per month.

I had a fantastic experience with Kyle at Extra Space Storage. He was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful in setting me up with a storage unit. Kyle took the time to explain all the options and made sure I found a unit that fit my needs perfectly. The process was quick and seamless, and his customer service was top-notch. I highly recommend working with Kyle if you’re looking for a smooth and stress-free storage rental experience!
