Extra Space Storage

Brittany is the representative who helped me the day I rented a storage @ Storage Express. She was very kind and very helpful and walked me straight through what paper work that I needed to do on line. Thank you so very much Brittany out of 5 stars I give you a 6,thanks again Brittany for your help and not trying to rush me off the phone?

We stored our RV here for less than a month. When we ordered the storage area I told the staff member that I didn't need it until the following week, but they started the contract immediately, and started charging me. When we pulled in our stall already had a bunch of junk in it. They wouldn't prorate it since we only actually stored our RV there for 2 weeks. I wasn't satisfied with the service or the experience.
