Storage unit was nice and clean. Promo rate was reasonable. The app was user friendly. I appreciated the reminders of payment approaching (about 2 weeks prior to due date) along with the notification that promo price would be expiring & when price change would occur. Extremely helpful!!!

After speaking with Ben about my rates continuously going up. He did help me out by putting in for a rate adjustment or something and said it should go back to what I originally paid when I got it. Otherwise I was going to move my stuff to a new storage. But Ben was absolutely amazing and very kind and helpful.
