Review:
Been here since 2017 but rates kept going up (as with every company) simply made a call and got Frank at my local office and he was able to get the rate down to a reasonable amount. Frank did a great job, was very responsive and called me back once it was done.

I am greatly satisfied with the customer service that I received from the storage facility. I lost my father approximately a year ago and I was able to take over this unit that he had with ease thanks to the office staff and customer service. I recently fell behind on my bill and the manager went above and beyond to help me with the balance and to keep me up-to-date. I live in New Hampshire and I am managing a storage unit in Indiana with ease thanks to the team at this facility.
