Very good experience, I was missing my lock when I opened my space up. Made a call to the office and had a lock very quickly.

Great customer service, called to lower my insurance on a unit and was handled in less then 10 mins.

This company should have left online auctions alone and not went to cash only and having to go in person to pay. Would think having someone running each location or one person running multiple locations would cost more then the company you bought out way they ran things. It also is bad making people go back and meet certain times get deposits back, that works full times jobs. The old way makes it easier. I wouldn't buy from you before you bought storage express out for this reason and was told you wasn't planning on changing it then it happened. Will not be purchasing from this company till it is more user friendly again. Have bought from the previous company for 8 years and no issues. I've bought from extra space twice before they bought express out and had issues both times on meeting people to get in the units or getting deposits back.
