I have rented from Extra Space Storage for a while and wanted to leave a review as a way to say thank you. I’ve rented other storage units before and the customer service was horrible! The Manager, Anthony, helped me rent my unit, has answered 101 questions, all the while, being polite and kind. If you need a storage unit, obviously, it’s going to cost you something. But, the value just isn’t in the storage unit itself.
The value is also in the customer service received. Anthony is definitely making Extra Space Storage more valuable. Thank you for your hard work and great customer service!
