Extra Space Storage

My experience at Extra Space started out ok. I even wrote them a pretty complimentary review, if I remember correctly.
Anyway
A couple of months later. I had got myself one month behind. So I called and made the arrangement to pay for 2 months, and the late fee when I made the next payment. A couple days later they called me and said they had forgotten to tell me about the $170 fee, can't remember the official name of the fee, but it wasn't worth it to me, so I told her that whatever was in there was theirs now. No way with anything worth that much money in there so as far as I'm concerned, well, they suck!!!
But for storage they do a magnificent job! You know, a building with some rooms, hard to F that up.?
