Review:

Was having a problem with the locking mechanism to my unit. Mr. Al, on this beautiful day, replaced the entire assembly piece in a matter of 10 minutes. He was efficient, courteous, and Fast in his assistance. Excellent qualities of an employee. Give him a raise!! $$$- thanks Al.

Review:

Key coded entry was attractive and the facility looks very secure from the side of the property thats facing the highway, but when you drive around to the back entrance where the automatic gate is on Bundy road, there are several holes in the fence especially close to the woods. The fence is much older and worn out in the back. One hole was so extremely large that it would provide easy access to your storage unit and larger items could be passed right through the fence. This facility should have the same nice security fencing consistently all the way around the facility that it has for appearance purposes on the highway side.

Various sizes and also has climate control storage, open 24/7, easy to drive a truck and if pulling trailer turns are okay , at least it was fun a 12 ft trailer

Nice clean facility, but be warned, any price you pay is only going to be good for a few months before they jack the price up 25%. And the whole, 'We review and charge accordingly' only really covers them when they jack the price up, it will NEVER come down with the market. I have two units there, one rented exactly a month after the other one, four months in only one unit went up $50 a month. if they did a 'review' and found that prices were going up, wouldn't they have raised both? No; cause it's not a 'review', it's the way they do business, by ripping people off. Especially since I can rent the exact same unit I have now for less than what I was originally paying. Get them in the door, let the fill the unit with their stuff, then screw them in the price after a couple months. Only rent here a month or two and find a place that will offer stable rates.
