Extra Space Storage

I have always been treated with the upmost respect and they are very polite and should I ever need help with anything whether it's getting into my storage unit or getting something out of it that would take 2 people to move they are happy to help no questions asked and they gave me a call on the day my unit payment is due to remind me like a courtesy call from the doctor love the service that I receive from extra space storage !!!!

Justin is good to work with and has great customer service skills!

Like others, sometimes utilizing storage facilities isn't the most enjoyable experience. That said, Justin went above and beyond with not only having empathy regarding concerns, but would not stop with his efforts until I was completely satisfied and reassured. As a professional in the industry with tremendous experience, I really appreciated how he not only understood me, he was extremely thorough with his answers. Just top notch! I don't know how other facilities treat their customers, but I highly doubt anyone is better than Justin and the Southgate facility.
