It was a great experience from the beginning when I signed up for a space online because of Kay. She has been so helpful from the beginning with great customer services. Throughout the moving in process, their computer had the system error for the sizes, so we had to moved in and out to another space on different days which was alot of work for us. BUT Kay's attitude, services and her sincere helpfulness throughout the whole process make us still want to stay here with them. I would give Kay more stars if I could. SHE is definitely what the 'CUSTOMER SERVICE' should be about.

I live across the street from this business and their fire alarm goes off periodically in the middle of the night. I’d hate to have my belongings stored somewhere with a faulty fire alarm system that constantly goes off.
