Extra Space Storage

we had a great experience registering for five 10 x 22 rooms. We are currently have seven storage rooms that are under the location and we’re very surprised about how nice the storage facilities were Tay, the associate that helped us was amazing. I hope the company knows what a valuable asset they have in Kay. Here is the list we noticed in contrast to where we were currently storing that sealed the deal for us. 1. easy access 2-Security of the storage units combined with the security of personnel as the doors go down so quickly 3-Ample automated lighting 4-Clean restrooms 5-Easy open doors 6-Plowed driveway is clear, snow and ice 7-most importantly is great employees. Again, I want to emphasize How much we appreciated Kay and getting us Registered.

10/10 Customer Service Experience with Kay she's literally the best! She's Kind, so Informational and patient. I'm very happy with my unit. The location is Great and the property is Clean. I Highly Recommend this place!

Kay was excellent! She is kind, knowledgeable and patient. I had some things to figure out before renting a unit and she was great about giving me the time I needed. Highly recommend this facility of you are looking for a storage unit.

Kay- the onsite manager is extremely professional, diligent, and has the best customer service I haven’t experienced in long time. Glad to be a new customer!
