The manager Kay had good customer service and helped show me around the building.

Everyone over dealt with here has been phenomenal. Kay, Deb, & Renee are all excellent. Even Scott, the DM, is cool. Lol. Great sense of humor.

Excellent experience at ExtraSpace Storage --- Very professional and friendly staff members - Ms. Kay Radney, store manager and other lady (sorry I didn't ask for her name), very clean facility and storage units, good price and flexible rental arrangement!

Today My wife and I plan to check out three storage facilities including Extra Space, and Extra Space is the first on our list. Because of the experience we have had with Ms. Kay Radney and other things mentioned above, we decided to rent an unit with contract signed here at Extra Space without checking out other two facilities.
