Extra Space Storage

I rented a storage unit at extra space storage and it was the best price in the area. It is very nice inside and climate controlled. John was extremely polite and helpful. He took me around the building so I could decide where I wanted mine at. I decided to get one by the side door. I would definitely recommend everyone to rent a unit here.

I began renting a storage unit here about 3 months ago. One quick caveat, bring your declaration page of your homeowner's insurance and you won't have the added $11 a month!
Now on to the great stuff!
The entire thing was seamless from the first phone call. I don't think I've ever rented a storage unit before and I was pleasantly surprised that it was this easy! I don't remember who I spoke with on the phone. Initially three months ago, but she was very helpful and friendly and concise, the whole thing took about five minutes to set up.
I couldn't figure out how to get in the building the first time lol so I called and Quinton was a joy!
Fast forward to today and I brought in my declaration page for my homeowner's insurance, Natasha and John were the bomb dot com! Friendly, knowledgeable, got my ins added to my account no problem. It was like I was dealing with friends, super cazh but *also* professional.
It's probably been 30 years since I've had to rent a storage unit and boy has the process come a long way! If I ever need storage again I will definitely come here! You should definitely come here!
