I just want to say Kaylee is the best! She was very knowledgeable about the facility that she runs and she was helpful. I was able to get my semi truck in and out of there without issue (and I totally doubted her ??‍♂️). I did not have to unload my customer in the frigid cold ?. Greatly appreciated! Never again will I question her knowledge and I would definitely recommend anyone to this Extra Space Storage facility. Thank you Kaylee for all your help. Stay warm.
