I have previously rented from Extra Storage Space in California and Florida, but nothing compares to Ed's exceptional customer service at this location. He was really helpful, proactively choosing a better storage area closer to the door for me, and handled all of the details to make my experience exceptional. He made certain that I received all of the discounts that he was permitted to offer, and he simply enhanced my overall experience. I recommend this place for many reasons: for the best customer service experience one can receive, for the greatest pricing I could discover (mine was 50% less than other options in the region), and also because the facility is spacious and easy to navigate. I can pull my car inside and unload safely out of the weather.
