DO NOT RENT FROM EXTRA SPACE STORAGE. They will increase your rate shortly after you sign your lease (mine happened within the first 4 months). By reaching out they “only” increased my rent by about $25/mo - they were originally going to increase it by $42/mo. Honestly though it seems like they just couldn’t care less. I recommend you go ANYWHERE else for your storage needs.
