The front desk man , I believe his name is August from the receipt , who helped get me set up with a unit was absolutely wonderful . His customer service is impeccable , and I have been working in customer service for over ten years with multiple certifications / classes on customer service in multiple different fields of work . He not only showed me multiple different units without hesitation , but once I picked a unit - he found the same size unit with a lower cost and offered it to me instead of just letting me spend extra money on a unit . He showed me how to use the gate code , and cylinder lock for my unit . I am thoroughly pleased with my experience with him .
The storage unit itself is extremely clean , multiple points of entry rather it’s on foot or pulling in with your vehicle . They have security cameras everywhere . A public restroom available , which is also very clean .
Ultimately my experience with the customer service and location is amazing , and I would 100% recommend this place if you’re in need of a storage unit .
