I had a good experience. I had my storage unit for almost 3 years at the Brooklyn Center location and it went well. Customer service at the location and over the phone was good. They also didn't raise the price when they could of, to help me.

Easy online reservations + check in! Facility is clean and staff is friendly. Had trouble setting up my online account via the app and they helped me with this as well. Thank you!
