Extra Space Storage

Rental process was simple and processing was quick. I had access to my storage unit almost immediately. From stories I'd heard regarding storage rental, I was expecting to have unexpected costs be a shock, but there weren't any that I found! The facility is clean and well lit, and I am having a positive experience so far.

They have nearly QUADRUPLED (+366%) my rent in less than 12 months including doubling it in one blow this month. I've been renting storage units for three decades and have never experienced anything like that. Ten, maybe 15% per year OK, but 366% in 10 months? Absurd.

Sara at Plymouth 32rd Ave location makes things so easy! She was not making us purchase warranty we didn't need or buy an unwanted lock from them. Additional unit, transfers, cancellations - we have done it all, and with her help, it was much smoother than anywhere else.

The location opened recently and offerred very attractive prices; then, slowly, doubled and tripled them. Still, some sizes have the best price in 10 mile radius.
