Excellent place to rent, love that is indoor and climate controled. No issues from start to the end of the lease. One thing that is not mentioned in their site is that insurance is mandatory so that adds up to the total monthly rate. Will rent again if I need it.

I love this place. They also keep it looking so nice and clean from the outside.

After just three months, they send a letter proposing a 100% rate increase with no justification whatsoever, even though there are several vacant units of the same size available at a lower price than what I was paying. This makes no sense at all! How do they expect customer loyalty this way? Is their focus on turnover instead? I don’t see any advantage in that.
