Extra Space Storage

I received great customer service at this location. I was renting for the first time and went to the office to see if I could change to a larger unit. The manager at this location is Marty and he was extremely helpful in satisfying my request. I felt he took customer service to a higher level in working with me to get the larger unit at the best rate possible. I was very pleased with the outcome. Marty exemplifies the meaning of great customer service. Extra Storage Space is lucky to have him on their team.

Brian was amazing! Explaining everything to my fiance and myself. Gave us a tour of the property and took the time to assure us our items were safe and secure while storing here. He was very knowledgeable and professional! Thanks again Brian!
