Giving 3 stars because my stuff stayed dry and Eric provided excellent service as I was moving out of the unit. Otherwise I have had a very poor experience with Extra Space Storage. Access to my unit was made difficult at times due to poor maintenance and all other staff members (besides Eric) I dealt with were rude and aggressive. Also, rent continually increased, going up by 24% in the 2 years I rented space.
