I have been using Extra Space Storage in Lincolnshire for over a year now. The last two winters have had some particularly cold days and I think the staff goes around and oils all the locks to keep them working in the cold weather. I used my unit the other day and oil spilled out the little hole in the back. I would have never thought to put oil in there and it was a lifesaver!

The staff is always so friendly when they drive by and often stop and chat a bit.

I ship materials for trade shows and they have even offered to have return shipments sent to the office instead of my home and will put in my unit for me.

Their service goes above and beyond any other storage facility I've used and it's why I stay with them.

I moved out of state and lost my key for the lock. They made it super easy to get that lock replaced. I’m just so grateful for their superb customer service!

Very nice facility! Clean and well kept, the customer service was excellent. My friend and I spent some time speaking with Wendy and she was extremely helpful, kind, and courteous. The storage space itself is great and the whole area is extremely neat. Fair prices too! And various sized lockers to choose from. Definitely check out this spot if in need of storage space.
