I left a previous review about my transition of moving from one storage unit to another in the same facility here. But, now I want to express my complete gratitude to Mike and Cathy who made my transition just a whole lot happier and to be honest more bare able. I mean who likes to move?
Cathy for one was the sweetest and most helpful person over the phone. Mike came to my storage unit to see how things were going and to thank me choosing their facility. . He even salted outside by my storage unit pathway so I wouldn’t fall.
In this world, I believe a little goes a long way. Cathy and Mike have proven just that. Thank you for going above and beyond!!
