I would like to thank Joyce for her hard work at the Algonquin, IL location. She has a heart of gold, patience and expresses understanding with ease of comfort. I appreciate my belongings remaining safe. This building is well kept, clean and safe.

Joyce was very sweet and friendly. Very informative about the storage space I got and gave me a stretch wrap roller on the house for my first storage, we decided to switch to an indoor one and we got one of right away !! Thank you again!!
