I must give Michelle Dunkeld 5 ☆'s because she was very helpful and understanding to my needs. But I give the whole website 1☆ because of the misconception of the units. You can only get the online price if you pay for 4 months in advance. I think that is false advertising ? But thanks again Michelle for everything.
