This storage facility is really clean and easy to move in and out of. Also, we’ve found the staff to be super accommodating

The elevator at this facility is meant for residential/business use and NOT for freight or loading large items. The space is so small you can barely fit a full size dresser, not to mention the warning to “not hold the doors open as they will cause the elevator to become inoperable” is very concerning as it’s next to impossible to load anything sizable without holding the doors open. While moving furniture into my unit last weekend my movers got stuck in the elevator with no one around to assist, but gladly we were able to get them out. This facility needs to install a proper elevator that is up to code.

We are very pleased with this location and space opened in dec 2024. Its actually new so its great to be a new customer. We arrived 20 minutes before closing and Jenie in the office was kind enough to not only give us a tour but she also helped us get what we needed. She was friendly, informative and patient. Although its just a storage unit and you may not care its important to care about location, cleanliness and room temperature. After all its your stuff going in. Ohh and the office is literally a crate outside in the parking lot lol but its legit and temporary.

I have had a storage unit with Menards Storage at this facility. Recently, the facility was taken over by Extra Space. They did not take the automatic payment on 1/2/2025 like the facility has since I've been here. They will claim that I need to sign a new authorization, blah, blah. However, their app shows a 12/2/24 payment, but yet no other payment history prior, despite me renting for several months. So, was the payment they took from my account on 12/2 a legally authorized payment?? Honestly, I don't care, and I'm not disputing that payment. What I'm disputing is the welcome wagon from this company. When they didn't take my payment that's been previously authorized, and subsequently locked me out of the facility, and then have the nerve to charge me a $20 late fee. Thanks Extra Space. I feel totally welcome!
