Really helpful renting a unit!

I called a few days ago to rent a unit at Extra Space Storage on Harlem avenue, I did not expect such a beautiful unit or the level of customer service that I received! When I pulled up to the building Elizabeth came running out to greet me and got me my carts and helped me with my belongings to my unit. This was so sweet because I had had a very hard morning and it was raining. I rented a 5x5 and it seems much bigger. It was very adequate for what I needed. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage and especially this Extra Space location!

Had a great experience dealing with Abel and Jorge at the Harlem location in Berwyn and over the phone w/ Abel. Had to complete a transfer of units, and these guys made it a breeze for me. Place is always clean, safe, and accessible. Would recommend for those looking at storage, and staff is helpful. Thanks!
