I had the pleasure to deal with a young man by the name of Roadie ric. I had storage across the street from this location but have always been very unhappy there finally I decided to walk in the office and get prices. Roadie ric assured me he would match the price I has paying and if possible he would beat it. Well he did it wasn't by much a ten dollar difference a month but that was enough for me to sign the contract and I've been completely happy with my decision ric walked me out to my storage location so I wasn't just roaming around looking for it. And the few times I see him when im coming or going throw the front gate he always waves. This is how you get new customers and keep the ones you have. Customers service is everything keep up the good work I will tell others that are still across the street to make there way over here thanks.
