Extra Space Storage

Stopped in the office to purchase a box but didn't have the size I needed but the Store Manager Rich was awesome. Very detailed in the merchandise, funny, and I definitely store at this facility if I needed a unit.

Do not use your debit card over the phone to rent ExtraSpace Storage. An hour or two later my card was used for $88 transaction. But they erased it from my log bank report. I just so happen to be on my phone and saw it. These bank cards and people from business to business is a system setup. But God. Blessed is he that blessed me and cursed is he that curseth me.

Lots of storage unit size options. The staff was very friendly and understood what I was looking for and explained everything to me on billing prices, entryway access, and facility usage.

It is always a pleasure working with the Chicago Heights facility. Never had an issue and I will continue to go back when needed. (starting) Prices are always reasonable. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Units are clean and accessible to your liking. I def recommend ExtraSpace for your storage needs. I don’t go anywhere else.
