I have been at Extra Space Storage for 4 years with 0 issues..Always accessible and spotless .Recently Kayla helped me change to a smaller locker within the facility.. Super helpful and friendly .5 star service !!
Today: 12/31/ 2025just rented another locker at ESS Midlothian .Amber was very nice and helpful, carrying on all my experiences at that location.
