Extra Space Storage

Just got a unit next door to this place. Could not even get into that unit, no one is on site to help. Was able to drive over to ExtraStorage space and get a unit, very easy. The person at the front desk was very friendly and did her job very well.

When they were bought out they apparently needed my credit card again and charged me a late fee. I asked if they would remove the late fee and the woman not only refused but was also rude about it. She told me she send me an email and I should have been paying attention. Sad considering the fact I have never paid any attention to emails from my storage locker previously. Apparently I must keep up on them now or they may charge more fees.
