Extra Space Storage

I rented about a year here. The rent increased to double what I started out paying, so I needed to get rid of my unit. When I went online to look at pricing, they had the very same unit I was in for a fraction of the price. When I called to see what I could do about pricing, I was told there was nothing I could do and it was based on the market. I totally understand that things do go up in pricing, but double in less than a year is garbage.

Also, the bathroom used to be unlocked at all times. Now the new manager locks the bathroom and you can only get a key during business hours. That was fun to deal with while I had my 6 year old with me.

This place is great for renting a month or 2. Definitely not for long term rental.
