Gentleman at the front seat were extremely pleasant and very helpful with explaining the new locking systems. Great job guys!!

We've had an account here for the past 3 years. We came today to store a bike in our unit, the door states that someone is supposed to be in the office till 5:30 today. We arrived at 4:40ish to noone here to assist us as we have not gotten our key after the changeover from life storage. I called the customer service line and waited to speak to a representative and a lady picked up the phone asked for some quick information, told me she was going to get in contact with the manager here and after waiting on hold for 10 to 15 she hung up. Is this how this company conducts business?

Ive been with extra space storage in Batavia for sometime now, and I have know complaints, from the service to staff, always been on top of things from day 1.
I want to give a special thanks and salute to assistant manager, John Shafer,
He's been very professional and definitely helpful when needed.
I want to say thanks again and I appreciate your help.
I recommend anyone whose looking for a professional and knowledgeable storage facility to definitely go to extra space storage.....
