Keith was excellent. He explained all the terms of the contract, showed me my new unit, reserved an additional unit for me, and explained how to get into the building with my code . In addition, he gave me the workaround for unloading/loading trucks that are too large for the interior of the building. I appreciated Keith’s professionalism and follow-up. After my initial visit he contacted me the next day to see if I had any questions. I also valued Keith’s clarity and patience in answering my questions, and I see him as an outstanding member of your team. I hope he is able to have a long and outstanding career with you.
