Extra Space Storage

They recently upped the charge to $400 a month now while one of two gates are broken and cannot be accessed and also one of two elevators has been down for many weeks. They claim the facility is climate controlled while during the winter it’s freezing inside and today it was warmer outside than inside the building.
We moved our companies equipment out completely today and relocated it - good riddance!
So I got a response from the owner that said call a number to discuss my concerns. Clearly this is a chain and the response isn’t by an individual who has been on site whatsoever. If you want me to I can go back tomorrow and take pictures of all the tape that’s put up to black out the exit and also the inoperable elevator, it’s quite obvious. I told you everything you need to know you should be concerned if you own this business maybe do something about it besides raise the prices!
