Review:
Rented a unit on Friday. Tried to gain access on Saturday. The gate would not open. I called and was told had been happening and might be Monday before it could be fixed. Meanwhile I have two vehicles loaded with stuff to store. Canceled my contract.

My sister couldn't access her newly rented unit because the gate wouldn't open. She was given a refund but it caused a huge hassle renting anoher unit and getting in the same day.

Wonderful people to work with. Always there to help with any questions I might have. Great communication! Best storage facility I've ever used. 24 hour access and very competitive rates as well as great security! I would highly recommend Storage Express if you're looking for a storage unit.
