DO NOT RECOMMEND

UPDATE- received another notice by mail Dec 2024 that the rates are going up to $196/month - that’s a $131/mo increase in less than a year, ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

I set up my storage rental here in March, I have been very pleased great rates, convenient location, secure, etc. I just received a notice by mail today that effective 7/1 my unit rent will be increased from $65/mo to $124 ??? a $59/mo increase, that’s INSANE!! Not pleased at all.
