At move in we were mostly happy with our experience. The service was good, but a portion of the concrete at the door to our unit had deteriorated and we were a little concerned about increased moisture getting in the unit.

We just moved out after roughly a years time and our possessions that were in the unit appear to be in the same condition as when we moved into the unit. My major disappointment with our rental is that in that years time we had 2 rent increases that added up to nearly double the cost as when we started renting the unit. The gentleman than greeted me when I approached the office to move out was very friendly and helpful. He did offer to possibly lower our rate, but we had already made space at home for our possessions and although I appreciate his offer, I am disappointed that our rate was increased when there was the opportunity to have it lowered.
