By far the best experience ever! Due to human error earlier in the day, my unit was not able to open upon my arrival. I was able to use the kiosk because this was after the store clerk was gone for the day. The service rep Shan, was able to transfer me to another unit, so we were able to unload. The location is updated so you are able to use the app to open the gate as well.

After a call from the location manager saying there was a shoe outside of our unit, I realized they take security seriously. One less thing to worry about.
