Extra Space Storage

Very professional and prompt. Storage Unit is in a nice and secure location.

Wasn't happy with the high rent increase after 4 months when I was told on the phone that the price quoted would be good for the rest of the year..So I downsized to smaller unit..after paying..they forgot to email my contract and had to call them the next day to get it done..
Apon moving out of the previous unit, I followed all instructions and called them like it said..I ASK THAT THEY REMEMBER TO SEND MY EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF THE MOVE OUT?
Was told it was on its way..and Haven't seen it yet..So, I give it a 3 star rating..
Outside of that the Units were clean..And..if it says 10× 15? IT'S ACTUALLY 10X14 AND A FEW INCHES.

They are very nice and professional , and they work with you for anything you may need to make it easier for you to move in the storage unit. I would most definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

No complaints, though I've not run behind on my monthly rent to find out how understanding they can be.
