I went in to ask about lowering my rate after a monster rate hike..... Mica was there filling in for my girl, Ashley....and he took care of business! Brought my rate down for April and gave me a credit to bring it down for March. Ashley has always treated me fairly and Mica went above and beyond as well. They are amazing employees and a pleasure to work with!
