Extra Space Storage

Wasn't happy with my initial unit and was able to transfer to a new one right then and there, very smooth process.

The facility was good but price gouging customers after 4 months of rental storage fees by more than 40% is unacceptable. Extra Space Storage wanted nearly $500 more on top of the original annual cost. When I spoke to the site manager regarding this concern, he laughed in my face and told me to either accept the increase or move out. So I moved out, I will never use them again.

Very quick to rent my storage unit. Office worker was very nice and explained everything to me.

I am a return renter at this location and have always had a good experience with getting set up, accessing the property, and the ease of loading and unloading. During a recent visit, I was helped by Brian. I had a difficult time visualizing the unit sizes so he walked me through the property and let me look at them. After choosing one, Brian made the rental process quick and easy. The whole visit was enjoyable. Thank you, Brian! I appreciate your help.
