Brittany was a great help getting me into my first storage shed ever. She walked me through steps and was very helpful.

I'm pretty annoyed that just THREE MONTHS after I signed up, the rent suddenly doubles. Now I have to find other arrangements and get my stuff back out of there which is going to be a pretty big undertaking. Feels like a bait and switch - wait until I get a whole bunch of stuff in there and then raise the price.

That said, I am happy with most other aspects of my storage here and I understand that prices go up over time, but double? I wish I'd been told this before I'd moved everything in.

EDIT: Called the company and they adjusted the rent lower.
