Very clean, well lit facility. Moved our stuff from a moving truck with no problems at all. Great experience

So far I have been very happy with the process of renting space. Everyone very friendly and gave clear answers to questions.

Brandon was wonderful! He helped us find the right spot for our trailer and was incredibly professional! Thanks Brandon!

Brandon has been so helpful and kind! He's the kind of manager that will do anything within his power to help the customer out and I very much appreciate that! Happy to store my personal belongings and items at Life Storage-St. Louis :)

Stephanie was super kind and helpful when we started renting our storage unit yesterday! She gave us a walk-around inside and helped us with the renting process as well! The facility is clean, I love the type of locks they use, and the 24 hour access is an added bonus! Very happy with this facility :)

customer skills! We experienced a hiccup w/ an autopay payment and after contacting her, she took care of our request SAME DAY! Being on an island in the middle of the ocean, we felt like it might be a challenge to get help, not w/ Nicole at the helm of this company!
