I cannot express how absolutely thrilled I am with the service I've received from Kat. She was nothing less than perfect to respond to my request and needs for what I was looking for in a storage facility. The place is clean, bright and very welcoming. Kat is an asset to the company and my hope is that all the facilities have the same standards and team members as the one I have . Thank you Kat for being your best!!!
